Bloomsdale Savoy is THE spinach variety. Nothing says spinach like the Bloomsdale. Ruffled, curly folds of dark-green spinach. It grows well most of the season but prefers cool temperatures. This old favorite is known for its thick, dark-dark leaves. Bloomsdale is the gold standard of salad spinach. Best grown in early spring although it also does well in the fall. 6"-8" leaves 44 days, open-pollinated.
